This floor was peviously white washed however showed signs wear and tear after 15 years. We generally use a white base stain coat first to provide a white canvas to work off, however with eucalyptus this is not possible as its draws the colour out of the timber. This particular floor went lime green with our initial test. As a result we were only able to tint the polyurethane coats to achieve the look the clients were after. This floor has a total of 4 coats tinted 1.5% each.

Timber Type: Tallowood
